Scuba with pyrex body its not so easy to make because of the center ring.
In our plans is to use pyrex/quartz but in other design, i hope you will help us to choose when the time arrives :)

@Nach: you know that we worship the ceramic caps :)
how about a kayfun/Taifun style atomizer with ceramic!?! now we're talkin ;)

I will channel George Takei: Oh my!

I've been trying to figure out a mutation of the Spheroid with ceramic in my head and on paper. I'd love to see perseas and Konstantinos make one together. This would probably blow every other device out of the water, except maybe the Ithaka.

(and I'll probably get in trouble for writing that)

YES! It seems to work very good now! Thx!

Just need to order more ceramic cups because I broke one of them, they are so fragile.

Unfortunately I still have wicking problems, it worked good for about one tank then it started to go dry again and there is always a bubble sitting on the hole at the diver.

Im all out of ideas, rebuilt this so many times now, even with the included wick and coil it didnt work properly.

My best guess is this since you have a bubble at the juice hole that won't go away..

It's not feeding the juice. My belief is that you have a pressure issue somewhere.

A) is the Diver tube screwed all the way down over the o ring of the base?
B) Is your tank air tight?
C) What tank are you using?

I ask C) because I actually had a tank where the Diver sat to low and the juice hole was partially blocked by the bottom tank cap. When I used the Diver in this tank I had similar issues.

Yes, the diver is screwed down all the way over the oring. I think my tank is air tight?

Im using this setup with the diver: PINK MULE END CAPS (304) BY SIAM SLOTTED LARGE ROUND and CARTOMIZER GLASTANK "SORT"

The hole isnt blocked of what I can see, it is clear of all obsticals.

Now I took the tank of my APV and put my finger at the airhole at the bottom of the diver and suck on it and its wicking good for a couple of vapes.

Maybe the feedhole is too low in the tank, its about 1mm from the bottom.

Nope using only resistance wire, but that should not cause the poor feeding of juice right?

It wicked just as bad with the included coil.
ive used NR-R-NR and just resistance wire and it made no diff i could notice. and, imho if you can use straight resistance wire in a protank build without hurting/burning anything you can in the Diver also ;)

Great :)

Cut the wicks of even further so it is not touching the threads. I will see how it works tonight.

NR-R-NR wire setup is recommended for a reason..

I used R wire only for a few weeks and while it was feeding fine (juice was emptying from the tank at the expected rate) it tasted dry / burnt..

I would run the recommended NR-R-NR setup with the wick legs trimmed and see if it improves.

I have had 4 Divers (currently have 2) and they are my favorite RBA..

When setup correctly, this little guy ROCKS!
