Lol! I read that as coming from a man at his wits end. I had to laugh for a sec. Sorry bro.

Mine seems to glide right off with a little persuasion Q. Just a wiggle, push, and wiggle. It was removing the top/bottom caps that provided the greatest fight.

You can try with rubber gloves for a better grip ;)

Q: Try to push it (turn not help i think) a little bit on each side

Thanks peeps. Tried it all... wriggle, push, gloves et all... mine doesn't move :( Took a flat-head screwdriver to it as well - nope, no joy! Thought maybe there was a 'trick' ~ hmm, more time and effort/s it'd be I guess.

Basically He said nothing.....no comparison with V1.

He said that it doesn't leak. He said it is a richer vape. He pointed out where you have to be careful as you build and install it - the lining up of the pin in the base to guarantee effective air flow, which was not present in the v1. He did a full build which, if you know the v1, you can see exactly how it is different.

Not sure what is missing in terms of comparison.

Edit: That last line doesn't quite read as I meant it to read. I (and others) will likely be overloading this thread with comparisons soon enough, so if you ask questions about the v1 vs. v2, they will surely be addressed in due course.

Guys, any tips on how to remove the beauty ring from the Scuba? For the love of God I can't seem to make it budge from it's centre groove :(

*Trying to get it ready for the Dv2

I hd the same issue last time I took the Scuba apart for a cleaning. It takes a bit of patience. Using two fingers, I alternated between gentle circular twisting and up-and-down pushing and pulling to slowly loosen it. After a couple of minutes, where I thought I was accomplishing nothing, it suddenly gave and just slid right off the groove.

Thanks, I'll try it tonight. Also by refrigerating it for a while√

Followed someone's build tonight when setting up another coil in my Diver. I left two of the strands pointing up in the Diver tube, while trimming the other two just passed the ceramic. Great flavor and smooth vape!

Don't remember who suggested it, but kudos to you.

I believe it was Kat's jig

It worked:) The Centre-Ring is finally out Refrigeration and some deliberation. It was some tough cookie indeed. Unfortunately my screwdriver gig scarred it a bit (sad).

I think I'll keep the black O-ring on, else I feel the groove on the tank gets slightly unsightly... it seems to be wanting something there ;) I have the SnP's red O-rings to swap over sometimes ~ for a change of taste.
