When I Drip, do I drip onto the white wick part of the atomiser or the metal part? I assume the wick but just wanted to make sure that I do not have it visa versa. Also how many drops should I use to fill up an empty cart. I have a 103 and a 510. Thanks!

"Dripping" means to drip liquid onto the metal bridge inside the atomizer. Depending on the atomizer it should take 1 to 3 or so drops. If it has an automatic battery is is better not to do this as it could get into the battery.
Filling carts, use as much as it takes to completely saturate the filler material without having loose liquid floating on top, then brush lightly with a paperclip or toothpick to ensure it is full with no air pockets. There's no set number of drops.

You'd be fairly safe to drip 3 drops onto the metal bridge if the atty is getting dry; give it a minute to wick down towards the heater coil. Dripping is best dome with manual PVs but with automatics can be ok if the juice is not too runny.
901 / 510 carts hold about 10 drops max. and 103 about 6-7 max.
One gets about 3-4 puffs per drop.
