I've blown it out, cleaned it, used my carts, used dripping... I'm out of ideas. I don't know what's going on.

It heats up fine, even gets red hot but no matter what I do, when I inhale, all I get is a stingy throat hit, no flavor and no vapor and this happens no matter how saturated or dry it is.

I'm out of ideas.

That's totally bizarre because when you think about it...all we're talking about here is a filament that gets hot...and vaporizes your juice. If its getting hot, then the only other thing I could imagine is your "mesh" on the bridge that surrounds the hot filament is not "wetting" or absorbing the ejuice that you are dropping on to it. By deduction...is it possible your juice isn't wetting on your mesh/bridge because its all gummed up and caked on from normal usage? If that we're the case...I would assume a very hot water bath would break up the deposits, followed by a nice 70+% alchohol bath to displace any water moisture...followed by a nice dry out...meaning blown out with a clean dry source and left at least overnight.

This was an interesting problem but now that it's solved, I'll leave this for the community to search later if they get the same bizarre crap going on.

The reason why this kept occurring is when I cleaned it and dried the atomizers... they got.. "too dry".

Most people think only two drops on any atomizer in any situation is enough for direct dripping but then ignore the initial priming of the atomizer beforehand.

So in reality, I should've put around 4-5 drops on the atomizer after I cleaned them, rather than the two I was applying as if I was just dripping another round. This also effected cartridges because the actual juice in the carts didn't actually go deep enough to saturate the entire coil.

It's a pain because too much and it floods and too little and it... well, tastes like a burning house.

Here's another tip that I figured out. I always clean new atty's with white vinegar. Rinse well with water. Blow out. Let sit overnight. Give a dry burn to remove any primer left. Then drip a couple of drops of straight VG onto the bridge. This helps keep it moist for storage.
This sounds great Hairball-I clean 3-4 of my atomizers at a time and the VG for storage makes sense. Can this method be used minus the dry burn though? I'm still a little "iffy" on trying this myself.

well I have one that's been dry since brand new....won't get me any smoke unless I draw on it real real hard before I hit the switch???? two good long hard draws without the switch then I get REAL good smoke for two puffs. Now that ive read this Im gonna go soak it in vinigar and let it dry. any other suggestions are welcomed!

If you clean it with vinagar, everclear, water, soak it in VG and nothing helps! :(
It's time to debridge and dewick the atty and make it into a dripper only.:vapor::vapor:
I found on one of mine the wick had become a black brittle mess that wouldn't wick (doh!)
As a dripping atty it's like it's brand new again, and cleans up easy, ya can even see the
coil so there's no question when to clean!!

Now I have a brand new Titan 510 atty. First 5 carts were great! Now it's doing the same thing!! I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong refilling the carts??? I take the fiber out, put in 8 drops of VG based liquid, put the fiber back in, get it soaked and then pull it up flush to the top of the cartridge. Could I be flooding the atty? I don't get it...this is getting VERY frustrating and I'm about to go back to analogs!
