So I was using an atomizer all day yesterday, getting great vapor and throat hit and everything. Its a couple months old, but it still performed like a champion. Then, I put down my ecig and went to bed.

My morning vape was a disappointing battery swap ordeal until I realized that NONE of my batteries were even getting this atomizer to sizzle, or get warm or anything.

Is it worth trying to save this atty? Has anyone else had an atty flake out on them like this?

I've had many atties just up and quit. I used to try saving them with mixed results. Some didn't revive at all, some revived a bit but vapor production wasn't even close to what they used to be. I've just learned to accept that these things are disposable, much less frustration involved and less wasted time and effort. Hope that helps.

anywhere my broomstick takes me
I fried out a atty on my rn4072 yesterday..

SOOOOOooooo, I took a chance and cleaned it..

I warmed up some water, poured the warm water into a glass and dropped in one of my polident denture cleaner tablets..lol

I let it soak for about a hour, then rinsed well and let it dry over nite..

I primed the atty, took a few primer puffs, got some nasty vape going, didnt inhale, just kept taking puffs to get it half ... working..

it works ok, but not like it did when it was new..

eta, some one else on the forum uses this method, i cant recall the name..

I do however have a atty graveyard in my back yard, may they rest in vaping peace:D

in the past ive tried water baths, and the atty never came back to life?

i think its a hit n miss thing, jmho
