How can you tell if it's really charging when the USB cable is plugged in? I would have expected the battery icon to change like it does on a cell phone, but it does not.

ha ha. I placed an order with FT today too and thought the same thing
There is an LED..Red=charging Green=charged. THe problem is the clones dont have an opening in the device to see it. It lights up inside the device. The only way to see it is the glow coming from the LED escaping from openings in the box where light passes through. Like the separation between the display and the box itself.
Some of the real deal ones are the same way most have a opening for the led but not all

I had to look really hard to see the light under the charging port. My black Anah came in today from 101vape. No scratches or dings, 501 connector is perfectly straight, and the LCD does not display hana mods when it powers on.

That green looks awesome. I'm in the round 3 for green with 101. Hopefully they get there's in soon. If wetvapes.com gets green before I hear anything from 101 I will consider canceling my 101 order and get one from wet.
Anyone know if you get a full refund or store credit if you cancel orders with 101?
And this whole time I thought I was the only one who is rocking this bad boy at 12 watts LOL... I was sitting here vaping away and am like man I bought a DNA 30 clone to vape it from 11-13 watts.. I suck at life... LOLOL
I had to rebuild one of my Kayfuns to a higher ohm load so that I could do less wattage but have it around 4.1-4.2V so I was not sitting on its threshold of too low a voltage to be regulated. They were all built at like 1.1 ohms and I run them on the Provari's at 3.7-3.8V...
However I vape my dual coil drippers on my mechs at .3-5 ohms so I guess that brings me back to "man standards" in the mechanical vaping world.
Mine does this quite often, sometimes even needs two to wake it up. I don't seem to care anymore.

I spoke with 101 today they had a small amount of colors shipped out today and said all round 1 and 2 colors will be shipped next week they are all ready on there way from china to them.

That was my point in my original post, mykereid. That's why I was wondering why you questioned my post (way back) with the statement "picking on them?" as if I was making an ethical statement about the validity of clones.
'Ya know whats happening? This thread is getting SO........ darn long that folks are really getting confused and taking things out of context in some cases. I've never been involved in a more active thread because everyone is SO excited about this clone- Over 4100 posts in a relatively short time and 2500 likes. Wow! It is really unprecedented! But that's all good! I love the anticipation and I'm fine being patient and waiting for my *blue* one.!!
Yes, I'm the guy who took the pics, and I can tell you that the blue looks VERY different in different lighting environments. Think Detroit Lions Honolulu Blue in sunlight and Dodger blue in indoor light.
