I have been reading the feedback on the FT site and some on here who have commented about it , it's definitely positive from the reviews i have read, some have said they received one with the same quirks as the Clouper model but overall satisfaction is high .

I have also been checking the feedback for the chips and those are also getting solid reviews. What i am interested in right now is the box mod being offered as a pre order by the makers of the seven twenty two mod , that one comes with a 12 month warranty, good documentation and you can opt for a 50 watt SX chip for under $100.00.
Will Herb, does not seem you will even make three months waiting for reliability data about the CNA30 clones.

BTW - Five weeks and going well. The device was paid for in the first ten days with my former cigarette money, if I had been still smoking the cash simply would have ended up going up in smoke. I hope you eventually find something that fits your requirements.

Just out of curiosoty. How long after you guys quit smoking did you finally get that crappy mucousy feeling out of the back of your throat? It has gotten worse for me in the past few days.

Oh i'll definitely be fine waiting for the long term results of the Clouper model , i have been out of work for a long time and will not chance even $70.00 on something that continues to be hit or miss (despite your impressive five weeks).

The success of the Cloutank (if it even is a success ) just doesn't give me a feeling of Clouper being able to put out consistent trouble free devices .

If i was working i may feel differently but at this point i feel a lot more comfortable going with something that:

#1, has a track record with experience making mods with a known and trusted SX chip and back it with a full one year warranty like the IPV box mod for essentially the same price as the Clouper :

#2, Take a chance with a cheaper version of the DNA 30 by a company that offers a 6 month return policy if i turn out to be dissatisfied for any reason , especially when the feedback is very positive but it's early.

To me the above two choices are smarter than taking a chance with a model from a Co. that has no electronic background and offers a mediocre warranty at best .

I coughed up black stuff for about a month or two when I made the switch... It's just your body getting used to not inhaling cancerous smoke...

I know of no such, well anything.... Somebody will always have something to complain about with something. No matter what, there's always room for improvement...

I forget how many days now....should say above my banner how long I've had it....still working great. fires right away from sleep. almost no random wattage drop (combined total of .3). no green light.
been out of the loop a few days. just got a new phone, been occupied with that....
I love my CNA30. went to the b&m and picked up an air flow control for attachments with flush or recessed positive pin. it works well and only adds .25" to height.
I see people "hating" on the clearos, but with 1.2 ohm 28g micro coil ( and drilled out air holes, lol) my protank IIs are quite nice on the CANA.

So with all due respect Herb, it seems like you have already made up your mind(well maybe), you have been in here for days now going thru the "yes...maybe...no...yes...maybe...no" if this is not the device for you, then just start up your own thread regarding the chips and boxes that you are happy with and will buy some day..........this thread is about the "DNA 30, formerly known as Hana/ahaH/Cana/ and so on.......just my humble opinion
