LOL, all you guys are making me feel better. Anyway's people are right, they will get here soon enough. Unless you have nothing to vape on in the mean time... I understand getting anxious as I am too but elev8vape has done more then anyone else and now you want them to get cloupor to cough out an exact ship date? Things don't work that way. I know some of you this is your first pre order. Maybe that's why you have no idea but delay's on clone's from china imo is almost the norm. It is always going to happen and has happened 99% of time I have done a pre order and sometimes it's not as long as 2 week's but sometimes it is. This is a little more of complex device then a atomizer or a mech. And it's just the nature of the beast. Plus most pre order's are not done to this magnitude imo. This has a ton of people involved here.

Yeah. I just noticed that too when I want to check the site....saw they do have a support email (support@illvapes.com) and tried that just now....
I had emailed them about an order I had in for some juice yesterday and didn't get a reply, so this is not what I wanted to see this morning.
Maybe try posting in their Facebook page? That would get their attention I guess...I'll wait till tomorrow to see if they reply to my email and see what to do next.

I sent an e-mail trying to cancel the pre-order. They state on the website that anyone can cancel at any time. Anyone had any luck doing so? They seem very slow to respond.
