That's where I got my black one from and I ordered the day they showed up on the site after reading a post on here that they were showing in stock having cancelled my 101vapes pre-order once the lawsuit news broke. It shipped the same day I placed the order and showed up 2 days in Mississippi from New York in fine shape. I am impressed with them and so, as far as I'm concerned, they are recommended.
I say the same . Through all of this I was happy with the quick delivery. I have to go back and see who initially posted that they had them in stock. Thanks to that guy too.
Anyone who has gotten their Clouper. Is the top of the cover flush or does it over hang slightly?
I just went to the elev8 website because I thought my order was in the 1200s (black) and I was wrong. I was 1432. So I dropped them an email inquiry. I had a reply 3 minutes later saying my order is printed and boxed. Will ship Monday. Glad I paid for priority.
Finally came in! Vapes as good as I was hoping it would.

It was pretty damn close for me. I cover it about a third of the way though my video. At the top it is perfectly flush. Then as you go down, it gradually gets further and further off to the point where is is maybe somewhere between 1/128th and 1/64th of an inch off at the very bottom.

They will even paint the seats and the inside of the windshield if I remember correctly
I used to do professional auto detail and paint correction. I've seen one car painted by Earl Sheib. Runs in the paint, overspray on the lights and trim, and they took orange peel to a whole new level. The owners were none too pleased when I told them that the cost of a paint correction was going to be 4 times higher than what they paid to have the car painted, and being cheap folk, they decided to just live with the crappy paint.
I don't even let the dealership wash my car when I bring it in. I made the mistake one time of forgetting to tell them not to wash it and had to spend 22 hours buffing out the swirl marks they left.
Am I the only one who thinks that waaaay too many noobs, that don't have any business messing with rebuilding and 30 watt APVs are jumping the learning curve. I see a LOT of post from people that clearly have no clue about battery/mod safety, setting up the vape community for big headlines about bad news. Just a few years ago circumstances required users to learn about the tech in order to utilize it. NOW....... Its been made too easy for the general public. There ought to be a required class or something

Everything in life will have bad news associated with it. The noobs will figure it out just like you and me did. Me starting with a DNA device or a Provari or an Ego really would have made no difference. But then again, I understand ohms law and have a lot of experience with batteries. However there was a time when I did not, and I leaned on others to help and did my research. If they don't put the initiative in to learn then that is their problem.
I started with 5 and 6 cell LiPos running brushless RC cars and trucks, those batteries are a LOT more scary than these IMR ones we mess with.

Couldn't agree more! By all means, I want newbies to rebuild and fine tune their preferences, but I see too many "playing with fire"

That's part of the problem is it not? Some newbies find a cheaper non protected li-ion more appealing than a good imr... I don't believe it's "just their problem", it's the vaping communities. Remember the exploding batteries all over the news? Not exactly proving to the vaping ignorant that these devices have promise as a safer alternative. Add to that an exploding battery could very well send a noob back to analogs, that's never good...
