ive spent the last couple of hours emailing with illvapes back and forth and this is the important part i think you all as customers deserve to know....


The reason I called you is because it might've been easier to explain over the phone. I called our merchant company today and they closed our account because of the chargebacks that happened. Because of this, some refunds have not gone through and we can no longer issue a refund through our end (for any purchases made between April 16th - May 20th). At this point, the only way to get a refund is to do a chargeback. A chargeback costs $25 on our end and we do not have enough in the account to cover a high number of chargebacks. Unfortunately, we do not have any orange box mods in, but we do have black, green and silver. If you would like any of those colors, I can have it packaged and shipped out today. If you would prefer the refund, I have no choice but to recommend you to do a chargeback, however, this would ultimately end our business. I understand this is a tough decision and will hold nothing against you whatever you choose. If you do choose to do a chargeback, please let me know so we have an idea of how many chargebacks we have against us.

now with that said, i took the higher road and decided to let them send me my mod instead of doing a chargeback. i will not have a hand in burying a small business no matter how frustrated ive been this entire pre order. i implore you to restrain from doing a chargeback and let them send you your product or take store credit, after a few emails i can see that their actually good guys that unfortunately got the short end of the stick, so please have mercy when making your decision. but i do recommend you email them if your waiting for a refund to find out your options. on a side note, during the emails i was surprised to find out that they have not received any orange box mods yet... assuming they were still receiving shipments like everyone else it caught me off guard. i asked for an orange to be sent, but he told me that they were going to talk to cloupor tonight and get back to me tomorrow if cloupor have them in stock or not, im not expecting anything less then "yes they have them in stock" since they haven't even received any yet and other vendors have already been sending them out to customers. he said shipment from china should get to them in 4-5 days if it were in stock.... there good guys, some really dumb mistakes but over all good guys who are just trying to do the right thing. i say we give them a chance to do it

Trusk, was this an email sent to you from illvapes? I truely do believe they just got the big end of the stick on this... but at this point all I want is my money back, which I do deserve as a customer. I do not want to do a chargeback, but if this is the only way to accomplish that then so be it. I will give it a few more days to see if the $ does actualy come through, then initiate a cb if it does not. I hope this all works out for them in the end, but I can't allow myself to be abused in the process either.

It seems MOST don't have the 2 click issue till after they have used it for a while. Maybe resetting the electronics by leaving battery out will return it to the new mode?

For those wondering, I have the hana clone jwrap in hand and it is a 4 piece unit, front, back, top and bottom. I also confirmed with jwraps that the clone wrap is made for the cloupor clone.

Nope! No rhyme nor reason when it requires two presses. Extremely minor issue.

Just built a single coil in my russian 91% v2 from DNA, everything was fine, 1.1 ohms on my meter and cana, loaded it with juice and organic cotton from 365 whole foods and this vape tastes chemically and really weird.

did i do something wrong?

Could be lots of things. If its new could be machining oils, or the cotton you are using. Has nothing to do with this thread though. Def search that other thread. Best of luck to ya!

I changed my order for a silver one to a black one, and I received it. Good thing too as I thought the silver one was grey.

Ok to the guys that asked retird about that 510 from fatdaddy vapes. I already had posted about it but I will let you know again. They are out of stock. They sold out the floating ones right away, will have more on the 15th of this month. The adjustable ones are out till the 30th of this month. Also both of them do not sit flush. But I was able to file the adjustable one down to an angle and then put a angle on the hole of the mod with a countersink bit so it sits totally flush with the mod. The floating one isn't going to sit flush with mod but that is why it comes with optional 22mm washer which I have. It looks great with the 22mm atty's installed on it. It looks flush. But I am not sure how that would look with the hana without any atty on it. Just because the top of it would probably sit level or outside the sunken down ring on top. It would look ok with a atty on it though.

On a side note. My CNA30 box mod seems to give me one click most of time and every once in a while, a click is required or 2 to wake it up and then a click once screen is on to fire. No other issues. If that's the only issue I have to live with I will love this thing. Crosses fingers nothing goes wrong like a few others have. If so I gut it and do a good custom job to it.
