Maxing battery out shortens overall life and adds very little percent to run time. With all Lithium batteries, 80-90 percent charge is recommended and any parasitic drain while charging damages the battery, shortening the usable life. In short, if it concerns you to replace batteries prematurely (does not to myself) then do not overcharge or use while charging. Most of the older cheap chargers I have had do an improper CC (too high) charge and have completed cycle with as high a voltage as 4.25-4.55. This is bad. The better quality chargers charge with a proper CC/CV ratio and mine have never been above 4.09 - 4.17. If you really want to understand proper charging techniques go to battery U. also using more than 80% of the battery also shortens the life span. i stop using all of my lithium batteries at 3.7v. so if you had a 1000mAh battery you would never want to use more than 800mAh on each charge.

If this is what Hana Modz was anticipating I can see why they were as upset as they seemed to be about them being sold. I wonder how anyone would be able to tell a real from a fake?

I dont have an authentic hana to compare it with, but my cana's screen is brighter, font seem a tad bigger, compared to my vapor shark... or at least i think they are.

The fasttech chips are genome or hcigar version, the cloupor wire the same as a real dna30 but the fasttech wires up differently. I posted a Wiring diagram over there. Does anyone know much about the non cloupor 30 Watt version chips?

Not sure about the manufacturer but Hcigar is only using cloned DNA20, no cloned DNA30 chips yet.

OK.... I decided a few days ago to obtain a clone for testing..... arrived today....more info as I go along.....but noticed this at unboxing... The first thing I did was read the instruction/spec sheet... At the bottom it reads that there is a 90 day warranty....Might want to check the paperwork that came with yours...

Gonna charge the battery today and start evaluating in a day or two....
