Because your clone is anodized, you may want to speak to a trophy/engraving shop in a town near you about laser engraving. I was quoted $12 and I am to provide the image. Unfortunately my clone is silver and they were unable to help me.

Wow that is cheaper than I thought! I would really have to design something I would want on it forever if I went that route though. I get bored of stuff easily sometimes so it will be nice to remove the decal and put on a new theme.

If this is what hana modz was anticipating I can see why they were as upset as they seemed to be about them being sold. I wonder how anyone would be able to tell a real from a fake?
Hanna Modz became concerned too late - if they had an approved registered trademark, all of these logo'd devices could have been impounded at customs and never would have made it into the country.

The inexpensive logo'd clones are only starting to be a problem for them. When people start having issues with them and then blame Hanna Modz, they're are going to have to find a way to deal with that and keep a good reputation. And that will happen since apparently several people have bought clones thinking they were the real deal.

I think if they would have priced them more inline with Reo's and Provaris they wouldn't be getting so .... hurt right now...

BTW Yesterday I said my Elev8 green charge light wasn't working... let it charge over night and the led does turn from red to green (mark that gripe off the list) Too bad we cant drill a hole right there like the V3s to see the led...It is very hard to see even in dim light.

Yep...Hana Modz may see that kinda action....but I think the Authorized Dealers are the ones that will catch it since all Hana Modz are sold thru Authorized Dealers....not directly by Hana Modz to the customer...time will tell...

I have only read the last 5 pages of this thread so forgive me if this has already been brought up.
Has anyone had any issues with the 510 pin shorting out because of the size? Or the item catching on fire?
There are several threads over on ECR in reddit here, here, and here.
I just got mine in from wetvapes yesterday and now I am worried...
Not trying to stir the pot, but these are serious issues.

If you have a positive pin on your topper that exceeds past 510 threads it will fire just fine. My unit has short protection and I made sure it's working. No "fires" or "explosions" that I am aware of on production units, I say that not to stir up old feelings of sample units.

I like those! Wish I seen them before I ordered mine, just a cheap regular one still need a beauty ring, so I might just order that instead

It has 510 and ego threads also. Floating center pin. I have never had any problem on anything been using 2-3 months.

I like the well idea, does it prevent you from over tightening a topper pushing down the device pin at all?
