How? Do you have a time machine or something?

The DNA20 is just 1 year and 3 months old. So, at most you could have used DNAs for ONE YEAR. You couldn't have possibly used one for more than 1 year and 3 months unless you either have a time machine or you're Harry Potter and have some neat magic spell.

DNA20 was the FIRST dna chip. He couldn't have used one before the DNA20, there was no dna chip before the DNA20.

Get an education before you insult others.

Good point.

Friends or not. Everybody should be treating everyone else with respect. There's so much BS in this thread! It's a micro chip! Calm down everyone. Take a vape and RELAX! It's like everyone's "cycles" are synced to this thread.

Apologies for my outburst. But I'm a week late, and...

Retird - So where do you stand on use while charging then?? Not trying to pin you down but I have my reservations. Not that it has stopped me from using it in this manor occasionally.

My personal preference has always been not to use any of my devices while charging. Having more than one DNA device I just keep them charged and use them in rotation. When one gets low I just charge it and grab another fully charged one...

While I'm not retird, I say go ahead. I don't sit next to a usb port all day but do take a few "pulls" as I walk by and it's charging. As fat as I can tell it's charging appropriately. FWIW, Some say that draining the battery while charging will tax overall battery life...

So I woke up this morning and grabbed my mod right off. :) I noticed something was awry right away. There is a ever so slight wobble to my Kayfun. Popped it off and apparently when I took it off last night to clean a little overfill, I dropped out the oring. All that is to say, if you have a little wobble, a small oring does shore it up well. Re-posting the pic because it works well for me. I can't stand the thought of my threads getting trashed from a wobbly atty. :) Hope this helps someone or sparks a better idea.

hehe i thought you were Retird saying you were not. :p Thx for the input and I have read the same. Mostly curious how bad it really is for the battery.

I've done it with other mods and those batteries are still chugging along.... For the cost of these batteries, let's say it takes a month worth of charge out of them, or even two (pulling this out of the sky) does it really matter?

It is not a true passthrough. The charging circuit charges the battery and when you vape while charging the power you use comes from the battery just as it does while not charging. Hope that adequately answers your question... and good morning...

So yes, for all practical purposes, it's a passthrough.

Total Noob here but I thought I would mention that the o-ring might restrict airflow for those of us that sometimes use atomizers that draw air through the center.

This is true. I did not think there would be many people that this would apply to however due to the nature of the device. But you are right it would, for anyone who use a device that requires air from the 510. Works great on all my toppers :) Nice and stable. Not seeing the gap does not make it, not there... Eek double negative. My 10th grade English teacher would have smacked me for that one.

Hey, gal......hope all is good on your end....tell everybody hi for me in the other threads....you know my feelings for our mutual ECF buddy's and long time friends over the many years. That's one of the reasons I'm still around this crazy place called ECF.... :):) and hugs your way...

Apologies to all. OT, yes, but could not resist an invitation to the hug fest. {{{retird}}}

May we never forget the others that really started it all with VV & Boosters.. Buzz, Infinity, Provape, Mad Vapes boxes and all the user and small companies mods we were building in our garages.. scary thought now that I think about my first 5v box mod. (First version actually worked but I was using a ultrafire 14500.. and almost no protection.) :) Tons more missed but there was a vaping big bang going on. Those were just the ones I remember off hand being birthed.

Granted The Darwin (in my mind anyway) sorta set the bar for a new level of device.

Yea I still have my madvapes dual 14500 vv box mod that thing kicked but didn't have rebuildables back then so I never got the full experience.. I think it was 50 bucks? My 510 is messed up maybe I'll fix it...
