I just submitted all of my paperwork with my bank. I put all of my email correspondence, and screenshot showing showing order status as refunded along with a very detailed letter explaining my communication over the course of the last month. withing 10 days my account should be credited. keeping my fingers crossed :)

When this first started I said it was just a money grab for Hanna. They know with all these clones out their days of over charging for limited production is over. They waited untill after the fact to try to protect their self, I hope they don't get squat.

I got mine from Illvapes. People waiting on refunds can thank those who freaked out with the charge backs before even trying to get a refund. Business get sued everyday, no need to freakout.

Here's a question to ponder... hana modz did not code the chip, Evolv put their name their replacing their own. Who's responsible for the name displayed? Is it like Hana Licensed it out to Evolv?

Hana buys the chip from Evolv specifying that the chip says Hana Modz.... Hana gets them that way... same as Zen has his chips in the ZNA say what he wants them to say. Evolv does the coding at the request of Hana and Zen...

and there are other reasons for chips saying other than Evolv dna...

I don't think the box shape has anything to do with the lawsuit.

I personally think it would be super duper funny if Innokin or someone like that, that had a prior box mod, sued HANA for creating a variable mod that resembles theirs too much. I would giggle like a little girl!

Not entirely correct, at least for me. They totally ignored refunding me for a long time, when they did do a refund they refunded only 1 Mod not 2 that I had purchased. Doing a charge back in my case I would not call freaking out. They had their chance and now I have my money :)

Thinkin' they may not be clear either as they named their mod anaH Modz...... Hana spelled backwards and a capital letter at the end of anaH and Modz spelled just like the real one....

I'm sorry, but that's just WAY to close to another potential interpretation for my comfort. Screw the trademark, go for it.

ill vapes called me on the phone the other day. michael told me the merchant company closed their account. he tried telling me they could do some kind of a refund through paypall vs doing a chargeback, as it would cosy them $25... so I said ok lets try that. I happy if I can get my money back and you guys don't have to deal with a CB, "how do I go about doing thay Michael?" I said.

his response... "I don't know"

now if you are going to recommend someone to do something, and that is your response when they ask you how to do it, there is most definitely a failure to communicate. needless to say, at that moment, I decided to go to my bank for a dispute, and I am confident I have all my ducks in a row.

could I have gotten my product from them?... maybe. and that is my problem with them. it is not about them getting sued that I demanded the refund, it is about their shady business practices from the moment I made the purchase back it april. complete lack of communication, saying one thing and doing another, and ultimate inability to provide answers to the questions I had. and to to top it off, recommending that I do something that is is their best interest (not mine as the consumer) makes me feel used and abused. the court case certainly was a catalyst, but the primary reason for the refund request was their hipster wannabe style, inconsistancy, and absurd uncertainty. I hope that last sentence does not offend anyone.

the lengthyness of this post should show how I feel, and I'm sure some of you feel the same way.

for me the CB is the only option. thats why im doing it. although the reason for it being my only option is because the others before us did in fact freak out and do a chargeback without asking for a refund first. if illvapes would have had a better reputation for responding to requests. many of those CB never would have happened.

Well my FastTech Hana DNA20 made it a whopping 3 days before it burned out. LOL. Was working just fine, and then it suddenly quit firing. The screen shows it firing, but no voltage comes out of the atty connector. After examining it with a magnifying glass, it appears the power regulation circuitry burned out, possibly from being covered up with hot glue.

Oh well. Now to see how FT handles returns.

At this point it is a good Legal Ploy....when the issue comes up in court that the Clones are filling a VOID in the market because HANA can not fulfill orders, they will defend themselves by showing that as of June????? they have had plenty of Units and all orders going forward are being filled in a timely manner.....

Uh what?

At what point is there a clause in the law that says you get to bypass protections if you are filling a void in the market?
