Okay, so I see on the Jwraps website that they have a v1 and a v2 for a clear Hana wrap. I don't see a v3. I'm looking at this: Hana Mod Clear Wrap. Can anyone clarify if the v2 will work or do I need to look elsewhere?
Anyone know where to find a belt case for the Cana?
These things scratch easily.....
I wanted to give you an update on dealing with Cloupor. Having been able to snag a red unit from 101vape @ $78, I have decided not to place the $644 order for ten units direct from China. I do think it is a good deal, and dealing directly with Cloupor is straightforward. However, the availability of colors has changed from Cloupor, and this will have a direct impact on the US market for box mods in those colors.
As you already know, Cloupor is giving up on orange anodization. The color looks "wrong" to those accustomed to the pre-order photographs, orders for orange were not very strong in the first place, and the coppery final color is not popular with B&M resellers. What I did not already know was that Cloupor was giving up on green, saying it too is "too hard to do".
Their order book is stacked, and the most popular colors are - in order - black, red, silver, then blue.
They are able to crank out blacks most easily. She quoted me a 5-7 day timeline for an all-black order, and a 7-14 day timeline for a mixed case of colors.
Man. Glad I picked up my orange when I did. Personally, I love the "coppery burnt orange"
Have to agree. When I saw orange as a color option thought no way. But the few pics of the coppery orange looked really good to me.Man. Glad I picked up my orange when I did. Personally, I love the "coppery burnt orange"
Interesting indeed, looks somewhat like the one on VJ's Vapor Joes - Daily Vaping Deals: (UPDATE) BUZZ BUZZ BUZZ: AN INTERESTING FIND

Went into lock mode by itself while charging and won't come out. Tried 3 batteries, letting it sit unpowered for 5, 10 and 10 minutes again and still locked. Emailed elev8. Here we go. Wheee.![]()
You have to wonder how much Hana (or anybody that has had their product cloned or knocked off) is really loosing.
Every clone sold does not equal a lost Hana sale. Quite a large portion of the market would not be buying an original IF there were no clones available simply because a lot of us (myself included) aren't or cant spend 250 on a mod.
In this particular instance how many of us jumped on board because it was the first available 30w DNA style mod available at a reasonable price? Imagine how much shorter this thread would be if the new 30w Vamo came out at the same time or even a 35wSX mod at < 100 USD (they are coming).
I'll tell you this right now. I wouldn't buy an authentic Hana or any other box mod for more than $150, and even that's pushing the limits of what I would be willing to pay.
As I've stated before, one of the primary reasons I'm interested in this clone is because it would be so easy to gut and install a real Evolv DNA chip into it. Using the box and buttons as the base I could produce a "Hana clone" that was an authentic DNA and the electronics assembled to a higher quality than Hana does themselves. Every wire would be cut to precise lengths and neatly trimmed and routed, all soldering would be done using silver solder and all wires would be pure copper wires. The board would be mounted on a holder plate rather than being epoxied in, and the 510 connector would be silver plated with an adjustable or floating pin. All for less than $150.
And I figure I could completely rebuild it 3 times like that before reaching the price of an authentic Hana.
