I don't have any that high... Think I have tested a 2.3 that read as 2.2. I didn't realize people use such high resistances still

LOL , don't usually go that high, but I've got some fav juices in older iClear30S's that I should change the heads on. (cheep cheep) :)

Just till it is snug, not even tight.

Good point- Don't tighten the attys to much! Just finger tight. That center pin in the clone doesn't have much "give" and it's a very large diameter- some of the short issues and
'check atomizer" issues may be related to over tightening. Adjust the atomizer center pin if necessary (and it is adjustable...)

Ah, I see! I've recently adapted a new moto, before I got deep into rebuildables, if I can't rebuild it I don't want it. When I first started vaping I spent roughly 1/2 of what I spent on cigarettes a month on coil heads, while they're inexpensive $1.75 a pop I think maybe $1.95, it was just an unneeded expense when I could replace with a micro coil for pennies.

For sure, I just got my new glasses yesterday and it looks like I'll be building coils again. So good to be able to see properly again.

I was thinking about taking mine apart to poke around and see if something looked off and if that didn't work get the dna30. Evolve is out but I found a few vendors with stock at ~$49.95. I wonder why they're twice as much in Europe..

But I digress. Recieved a response to my email to send it in. If/when the replacement poops I should have a DNA30 chip ready. Kinda wish i just went with a Vaporshark from the get go though..but you know what they say about hindsight.

Update: the roller coater ride continues. put a battery in (efest 2500mAh purple) for the 20th time, screen was comletely black. Began hitting all the buttons in every combination and repetition I could think of and suddenly heard the familiar crackle. It was firing in stealth! Jacked with the buttons again and somhow got in back in normal mode and it's working again. The kicker is that 4 clicks, not 5, takes it in and out of locked mode now. Other than that every thing is currently working as it should. knock on wood. hard.

Can someone explain what flashing resistance and voltage mean?

It means you have the wattage set too LOW for what the mod can regulate. If your wattage as per the resistance of your coil requires LESS than 4volts the mod will not regulate power to your coil and the voltage will be whatever your battery has.

So turn the pwr up until it stops flashing and displays 4v and that will be the lowest you can go regulated.
