Using the free Basic account on Survey Monkey, I have created a survey with the purpose of gathering information on user demographics and experience with the e-cigaratte. The limit on the free account is 10 questions.

Please review and provide suggestions. Are there any questions that should be eliminated? If any need to be added, describe and then suggest which of the existing questions it should replace.

Are the questions clearly worded? Do the answer choices make sense? Does this provide information of value?

My purpose for gathering this information is campaigning -- press releases, comments to the press releases of others that contain misinformation/disinformation, etc.

Clarification:

I want some ammunition to counter the unfounded fears we keep seeing in stories that are anti...

Kids will want to use it.
It won't help anyone to quit smoking.
People will want to smoke more tobacco cigarettes
People who never smoked will start using it and switch to tobacco.

Thanks to the 20 or so of you who took the survey. I saw a couple of places where I can tighten up the questions for clarity.

Here's another question for you. If more questions were availalble, what information would you, as a supplier find helpful to know?

Some other topics I can think of off the top of my head are Cost (start up, daily cost of carts/liquid, how much did you spend on smoking), Nicotine (are you using more, the same, or less than when you smoked?)... Other ideas?
