I saw a post early that said riva atty consperacy but I can not seem to find it. My atty was d.o.a :( does this happen often with all atty's or just riva. I called LF and they are sending me out a joyce atty since they are out of riva.

Also! Does this thing have to be cleaned? if so how. I saw a video for it but it was set to private so i couldn't view it :(..

tomorrow will start smoke free for me. I'm excited. I'm not gonna lie I'm a little scared but deff excited!

DOA attys and carto's happen. It is just a fact of life that we deal with... With that said, some vendors have a more liberal policy on DOA returns than others. For peace of mind you can always look around and use vendors that have a more lenient return policy.

For the record I doubt there is any "conspiracy" just bad QC.

Congrats on your decision and I hope your transition is an easy one. I was lucky enough to be completely off ciggys in a week and it was very easy for me. Just make sure you drink plenty of water and vape away. If the 'I wanna' rears it's head, just vape until you forget about it lol. Quality control isn't the best on equipment but most the vendors take good care of their customers. The cleaning of attys is often discussed on the boards. Here's a good thread. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/tips-tricks/69834-my-atty-resurrection-method.html I use a few drops of H2O2 to clean mine from time to time but not very often. Good luck and happy vapin'. :vapor:
