Hi all. I'm not new to vaping but never got involved in this type of bottom fed atty. I recently bought the kanger kit and it doesn't fit the way I vape. I usually build just over 1 ohm and use a restricted lung hit or open mtl. I have looked at Reos because of their great reputation but I want a regulated mod. Any suggestions for mod / atty combos ?

Which Kanger did you buy - the one that's not regulated really, I take it? The first Dripbox?
There's not many regulated squonkers around unless you want to spend a lot of money...
The Wraith for $60 isn't bad, but it's not perfect either...

For a tighter draw, high flavor bottom feed atty, I think right now the Origen Little (O-16) clone is a pretty great bargain - for like $10, it's worth a shot... Fasttech and other CH sites have them...

I have the Velocity V2 Tobeco Clone on my dripbox,
works good. Even with Temp control.
510-contact is a bit iffy though. On my particular one
it first makes contact if i screw the 510 pin almost
to the point where a post loosens.

Not only is the deck fantastic (obviously), the airflow options
are too. I really love the long slits, that you can
make really thin, yet span the whole coil (though the
slits not good for MTL). ... Erh actually i think this
is more of a restricted lung hitter..

The Tobeco clone seems generally well made.
Though the threads and edges in the chamber are somewhat
sharp. They even say it's got PEEK insulators.
I think I believe... or maybe I want to.

And it has a squonk pin... squonks great.

I picked up the velocity v2 from tobecco that @gotch23 listed and had the same loose post problem so i didnt use in on the dripbox (60w version ) but the derringer clone i bfed does. i also recently picked up the movkin disguiser 150 and squonk kit (about the same price as the dripbox 150,but i like it better) the kanger atty works on it, the velocity v2 works on it(without loosening the post, which i ground down to keep it from flooding).plus there is the option to use it as an aio or regular box mod.

+1 for the Origen little clone.
Very nice little atty for $10. Easy to build on, good flavour, single or dual coil, plenty of airflow options, for MTL or restricted lung hits. Squonks and drains well and no leaks.

I don't use a regulated device so I can't recommend one...........

I am having trouble deciding between the Velocity V2 or Velocity mini for squonking , how good is the velocity V2 for flavor and does it leak ?

I've only got the velocity v2, so i can't say how the two compare.
In theory a smaller chamber should be conducive to more flavor.
However it's only a bit shorter... not sure that does anything for flavor.

I find the velocity v2 to be really good in terms of flavor, if you like dual coils and DTL.
As i said, i find those finely adjustable airflow slits work really well.
Leaky... not bad. Not worse than other side airflow RDAs... not a problem.
Even less of a problem if you squonk.

Thanks , didn't even realize it was a dual coil RDA , should of known .
