Atty not Wicking

Here's my issue that I haven't been able to figure out yet.

I have a 901 and the atty's seem to just not want to wick up the juice. I'll usually get one or two good puffs, if that, and then next to nothing.

It can't be a battery issue, I have two manual batteries charged up and a Bartlybe box mod. I also use the blue foam mod, and have for months usually with out issue. I've used thinner filler, I've cleaned/dry burned and still the best that seems to do is dripping and then I'll at least get a few good puffs before having to drip again. It's also all PG Tasty Vapor liquids, so it doesn't seem like it'd be a thickness to the juice issue.

So I'm at a loss here, and tired of getting weak vapor without dripping. I can't think of what I've done differently, but I've been having this problem a lot lately. Maybe it's just those flavors for some reason?

Regardless I think it might be a good excuse to buy a 510 since the 901s have been frustrating me so much lately...

Any advice/suggestions/guess you guys would have would be great.

Hmmm... At least two of them are fresh from the box, and have maybe two weeks use; but some have been doing this from day one. I would chalk it up to a bad atty, but it's been happening frequently enough lately that either I'm the most unluckiest person in the world, or theres some user error going on. I figure the later and just don't know where the mess up is...

I had one 901 atty die prematurely. They usually last me 2 months. When I took it apart there was no wick from the bridge to the coil. None. All the mesh and the coil looked brand new. See if you can see if there are wicking fibers under the bridge. You might have a bad batch.

I am having the EXACT same problem!!! It's sooooooooooo frustrating!!!!!! UGH!!!!!!!! I tried everything and get the same results... I thought it was maybe my cart filler, but I put new ones on that that isn't helping either!!!!!!

Have you guys tried the trick with the pin and the holes on the atty ?

See those little holes at the bottom of your atty near the threads ? Take a pin ...needle, anything small enough to clear out that hole...sometimes they get junked up and will kill the production of the atty.

Just get a 510.

If you're vaping at 3.7 volts stick with a true Joye 510... Otherwise for 5 volts and above I really like the BE510s.

I've had the same problems with 901s for some reason. They just won't put out enough vapor after a while.

I had this problem with 901's over a year ago. Some of them would wick great and others wouldn't wick at all. The fix for me was to move to 510's. (or drip)

Honestly, with the issues I've been having the past couple days, I WOULD switch if I had the money to start over! Ahhh! So frustrating!

Yeah, you would need an adapter like this to run a 510 on a 901 batt. That's actually how I started my switch over to them. I've never actually owned a 510 battery! (have a protege and eGo now)

I'm having a similar issue with my 801/penstyle attys. I have had about four die after using them for a couple weeks (great) then BOOM.. a mess. So I bought 5 more on special.. tried 2 of them, they worked for one day (each) and completely DIED.
I'm at a total loss...???
