For me, a 1.5 ohm atty at 4.3v would be on the hot side. Even with a 2 ohm coil I vape at 3.7v. I use the Kanger Protank and the Vision Vivi Nova mostly, with some Smoktech cartos here and there.

With a 1.4 ohm coil at 4.3v you are pushing 13 watts at 3 amps. Depending on your mod, 3 amps may or may not be on the edge of high. My Provari tops out at 3.5 amps. I'd try varying the voltage to get a good vape. If you aren't producing clouds of hot vapor at 13 watts, then the juice isn't feeding the coil or the wick is choked off. If the coil isn't wet, you could pop a coil wire.

I vape at 6 to 7 watts and blow out hanging clouds of thick vapor.

Enter the voltage and resistance numbers here to see the amperage and wattage.

i think a rewicking may be in order if your pushing it that hard and not getting a decent vapor. either that or something isnt working correctly as that should be pretty hot and dumping out clouds. i run 500 mesh with a 32g 1.8ohm coil at 4v on my cobra/provari and a 1.2 mm airhole and vapor just pours out.

what kind of mod is it on?
