I'm not getting any juice coming out the top, so I don't think so... Is there a way to fix that issue to eliminate the possibility?

Unscrew atty and remove cart - from the batt end - blow into a paper towel at the cart end until you're no longer getting any wetness. put one drop on the bridge and restart. Low or no vapor is almost always - flooded atty (unless the atty is gone). And if you're using the same cart there could be flavor issues. Best to separate the flavors in different carts, imo. Some flavors overwhelm others - menthol, lemon, cigar.....

have you tried a dry burn? put the atty on (without the cart) push the button. Do you hear a sizzle or see the atty turn orange?
I hear a loud sound, like air rushing out with a little bit of what could be a sizzle, but I see no orange (or any light) when I look in, and I'm in a pretty dark place.

ok, so i have seen umpteen videos about the blowing out atty's. Some say DO NOT blow from battery side, the other half, DO NOT blow towards the cart side. So which is it?
I'm no pro, but I'd guess you'd want to blow towards the battery side, because it focuses all the air out the tiny hole and creates a vacuum-like lock inside that pushes the fluid out... If you blow from the battery side, the air just disperses, and likely just barely pushes the fluid.
