Estate sales can bring some luck, but with the internet auctioneers have easy access for pricing things out just like we do. Once fully reconditioned the prices sky rocket and who does the repairs comes into play also
I would, it would be be nice for you to know, they deserve to be loved and enjoyed by someone as there work horses in demand or you could run more outlets lol

Folks go crazy if you have the original boxes. I have seen a empty box go for hundreds lol for real!
Picked up this 48 pound beast, based on all the hoopla going on about it and it really is a good one for the price point. Could bring in much, much more with the quality components that make it otherwise something comparable would be out my range!
Stock tubes sounded fine but got some Russian tubes to hear the difference and they tightened up the base making it sound a bit more to my liking and widening the sound field.

Yeah... I think I have 4 of them.
One I know Doesn't Work.
One I used as for Years. 100 Watts? Then got relegated as just a Show Piece on a bookcase.
One I bought for 50 Bucks from a friend (60 Watts ?) when he upgraded to a "Rack".
And the Last One that friend gave to me because it was Only like 30 Watts of something.
The 60 Watt Receiver we used to take Parties and pump Mixed Tapes thru an Amped EQ to a set of Stage Monitors. (Till someone fell into one of the Monitors in a Chemical Induced Stumble.
)We had this Old Sound Board (that Didn't work) that we would set-up, with about 2 Miles of Input/Output Cables, just for Looks. LOL
Can't tell you how Many Times we would pack all that stuff in a VW Bus and then turn a Party into a true "Kegger"
Funny how that stuff happens. I got asked a couple of time's if i could do party's at wedding receptions man it was fun. Dont think i would do today, to much work taking things apart and all but great memories

One of my local AudioKarma buddies uses a 1250 in one of his systems.
His living room system is all Mac, including the tower speaker separates.
Ripple from 1st pressing American Beauty on it is an auralgasm
I'm less of a gearhead than a musichead as long as it sounds awesome.

Exmasshole myself lol welcome to mom and pops. Just spent some time up their in Plymouth had some amazing food place rocks! Miss the folks but the roads suck! sorry but that is the only way to put it. Terrible pot holes i should trade in my car for a BMW kill to birds in one!
