Basically24 hours in a working like a champ. But I have to say it is really a juice ho. @Paul lamb maybe you can confirm, it seems to go thru juice faster than my vcmt 30.
I'm going juice broke. The Boreas is a great tank but I think my next purchase will be something a bit more conservative on the juice. Even though the capacity is large, I'm refilling just as often as some other tanks. But I do like how you can vape it all the way down:)

Try out the single coil Bachelor RTA. Flavor is top notch, great deck, easy jfc/afc, and holds 5ml. Boreas, Bellus, and Bachelor are my top 3 RTAs in constant rotation.

No, I fear I don't. I've never had mine apart. And the solution to "juice broke" is DIY :)
Oh I figured it out. I forgot that there's two 0-rings behind the afc. I either have to lube them, switch em out for the replacement 0-rings and/or lightly sand the inside of the afc.

Thx. I have a Bellus and really like it. Just put a single coil build on it. Cuts the AF a bit but still nice. I like single coil decks and got a Serpent which I really like, too.

I've had this for just over 1 week now and have wicked it with more cotton, less cotton and I've even tried poking a wee bit of the cotton through the holes and it's just leaks like a beast. I've tried all the ways advised of filling it but as soon as I turn it the right way up the juice comes out the air holes. It does stop after a few drags but it's every single time I fill it and it's really annoying. As for it lying on its side, I now have quite a few juice spots on the sofa. Other than that I do love the tank and it beats my Griffin in every other way. But the leaking is putting me off as there is many a time where it will end up on its side. I may have to go back to my hassle free tank sadly.

Can you give us a pic of your build and wicking job? Mine doesn't leak at all, barring a drop or two of discolored juice I think of as seepage and condensation, and even then I have to blow in the drip tip to get it out.

Well, this is interesting. Picked up my Boreas at room temperature and tried turning the AFC. It was easier. My only conclusion is that the heat is expanding the bottom portion. That works if once you start vaping you don't need to fiddle around with the afc.
Huh! Maybe that's it. It later occurred to me, if it's the o-rings, you could thin them a tad with some fine grit emory cloth as well. You wouldn't want to leave burrs, that'd increase friction. But if it was fine enough to leave a smooth surface, you shouldn't have a problem. FWIW, having discovered where I like the air, I don't adjust it on the fly.

How are you trimming your wick? If you are cutting it so it just barely touches the deck like other rtas, that's the issue. If you cut them long enough to lay on the deck covering the wicking holes it should not leak. Don't stuff so much it fills in the gap between the coil and deck so you get the airflow.

upside down to drain deck into tank
close JFC while upside down
turn rightside up to topfill and recap
turn upside down to release pressure through JFC while setting AFC/JFC
turn rightside up and vape

That should get it filled with no leaking if you have your wicking right,
I just bottom fill the Boreas and the Supreme

Try new ring and lubing the deck O ring. That is really the only place it will leak

Never saw a pic of your build. Did you figure out the leaking?

Hello again my Boreas buddies:)Well, as for that tight afc ring, I took it apart and investigated. There is no metal on metal, only metal afc ring fitted around two black rubber 0-rings. Therefore, the only solution is lubing up those o-rings with vg/juice. I did give the inside of the ring a smoothing down with 600/800 grit sandpaper to make sure nothing rough was hitting against the o-rings. After that, I can adjust the ring easily with my fingers, now.

Morning all and happy Monday! So someone was asking before about 28g builds and a few of us suggested twisted. So, I arrived at work this morning and spun one up.
SS316L 28g, spaced 6/7wrap,
3.5ish mmID, using the 2.5mm holed deck.

I have seen a few mention seepage/condensation in the airflow holes. I see this once in a while and have found a simple stupid solution lol.
Some have stated blowing thru the tank to get it out. I turn it upside down let the well drain and vape it a couple quick times while inverted. It pulls the condensation back to the cotton and absorbs it.
Anyway it clears it for me, just thought I'd share, helps as I don't always have a napkins to clean after blowing thru it.
