UPDATE: Found my sweet spot!
I recoiled mine with a 2.5 ID SS alien Clapton, 4 wraps came to 0.20 ohm. Power is at 43 Watts and running at 3.04 Volts. With the little bit less cotton due to the smaller ID coil this thing is wicking like a champ! Flavor is excellent as well. Airflow about half way open and getting a really nice rich vape.

I had a 3.0 ID coil and would occasionally get a dry hit. Now with the smaller coil and less wick it is doing great. Also a little more room for airflow in the chamber. What ever it is, it is a real improvement with the 2.5 ID coil.

Got mine yesterday so only have had limited time on it, but enjoying it quite a bit. I will say that getting too much cotton, or letting your wicks go down into the area under the wick slots is a "no-no". I did that the first wicking and within a minute or two it could not keep up on wicking. I rewicked with shorter tails as "Mr. Mike" showed and it wicks beautifully.

I put a 3mm ID SS Alien in that ohms out at 0.27 and vaping at 35-42 watts. (This might do bettie with a 2.6 mm ID coil.) Plenty of vapor and very decent flavor. That's using the 810 stock dt. I will switch that with a 510 this evening and see what difference that may make.

This does not get hot at all, and of course no spit back with the top air intake.

Overall a really nice little atty.

Out of interest, do you have, or have your tried, the Ammit 25 or Serpent SMM? Be interested to see how it compares if you have. I have both, both rarely used these days, quite interested to try the Intake but am somewhat cautious as I don't want to order yet another tank that gets to sit on the reserve bench alongside the Ammit and Serpent. I went through several tanks to get to those and having whittled it down to just those two I'm kinda off further RTA purchases, this one has peaked the interest a bit though.

I do have the Ammit 25 and really do enjoy it. I would put the intake above it for flavor (just a bit) and the top airflow intake ports make this a leak or seep proof atty. No "splatter" on the top of my mod from the bottom ring air slots that the Ammit has. Easier fill with the quarter twist cap. Also a dedicated single coil.

Hi @DP2Raja hows it shaking? :D
Did you try it with a 510 driptip yet? Any flavor difference between 510 & 810 driptip?

Since I just ordered, I’m curious do ya like it?
Been on a mixing binge and haven't built it yet. Will probably do it at work tomorrow, maybe tonight. I'm pretty sure I will enjoy the rta from what I've read, except the awful dt (already have 3 contenders set out for it).

I’m disappointed about the driptip too, it’s really short & blue. Why blue? I could probably live with the shortness but why oh why the blue? :D

I won't use the shorties at all and the blue is awful. The dt surprised me since Mike is known for his love of sharp dts; imo Augvape dropped the ball in that respect.

I totally agree, something someone what were they thinking? As everyone loved the driptips on the Merlin’s & the Merlin Mini”s & now this short blue yuck lol! Guess the guys like the blue some girls too I imagine but out of all the colors why oh why?

Why that color blue, at least a very translucent pale blue or a dark blue resin would have added a touch of class and wouldn't have seemed to be an afterthought. Mine didn't come with a 510 dt just the cheap adapter. Frankly I expected more from an Augvape product after all the hype I've read about them over the years.

The Merlin’s driptips were so nice! Kinda like the link in the previous post when they said you recommended to the one on FT.

The ft link was for the adapters I'm really liking, the dt was from Trinity Glass Hardware. I do like the nip tips.
line up.jpg also have one on the Toptank not shown. Did order a couple different ones yesterday, one was actually an 810 even. It is similar to a chuff cap style and narrows down to 8-9 mm.
