Authentic VTC5A?

I just got a bunch of new VTC5A batteries, but they look a little bit different to what I am used to. There is something like a big insulator ring on top. Have ever seen something similar before?

Perhaps the cells are genuine, perhaps not. Without thorough testing noone can tell.
At least the wrap and top section seem to be of genuine Murata origin.
