AV808d-1 LED Keeps Flashing....

I have a AV808d-1 and I just got it January 22, 2011, Saturday. One of the PV is charged all the way and when I go to use it, it starts flashing. What do I do? It was a clearance item kit, so I doubt if I can get a replacement. But why does it do that or is there something I need to do to it? Or does it need to go to the graveyard????

I had a 510 battery do that to me once. I cleaned the threads on my battery, atty, and charger and it started working right. It just wasn't making good contact. Give it a shot, you don't have anything to lose.
