AvidVaper. Missed $22 atomizers from my order. Admitted their mistake and refused to send.

I made multiple atomizers order from Avidvaper.com #13311

They missed 2 x 306 LR special + Derlin drip tip.

Now they offered to send me these 2 atomizers in the next order. I made order #16436 with them and I wrote in the orders comment about my lost attis.
I send them 2 emails immediately about my missed attis and to include them.

THEY IGNORED MY ORDER COMMENTS , EMAILS AND SHIPPED THE ORDER W/O MISSING STUFF.

They basically stole from me $22 dollers.Not only this , but they were careless enough to ignore order's comments. How can I take my money back ?? I'll definitely seek my legal options if they told me to ask for them in a 3rd order.

Update:

Avidvaper sent me tracking number without the missing item. They finally replied to my email and told me they included it. They also told me not to order from them again , because I said WTF. Very amateurish customer service , and I can include their/her email response , but I don't really need childish fights.

Thx for listening.
