So I've been vaping for a couple hours and there's still a fair amount of juice in the tank still.
Can I just set the ego-c down while i sleep with the tank and liquid still in there?

Or do i have to take it apart and put a cap on the tank.

Yes. Just leave it in there - it's fine. Juice is best kept airtight long term, but you're going to blow through that juice by tomorrow. I find that old ashtrays are good for storing eGos.

No need to take anything apart... Just leave it as it is and you should be fine. Some tanks might have a little bit of leakage with the carto you're using, but if you haven't really noticed anything yet you should be fine.
