That's good news Daisy. I was lucky enough to get cig free within my first week but it varies for everybody. Just keep in mind that most everything in the vapor is water soluble and the body handles it so much better. Vaping does pump a lot of water through your system so keep yourself well hydrated. My advice is not to force it but just keep focused on the positives and soon, as others mentioned, you'll prefer the cleaner and better tasting vapor. Of course, that's not to say I don't like my -I just licked an ashtray- tasting juice every once in a while (especially with a brew lol). Vape on. :vapor:
