Ibtanked.com complete tank kit with some extra single coil punched cartos. Be amazed :D

Sent from my Nexus 4

Another vote for the OCD tanks from IBTanked. Only issue I've ever had with them is a bad cartomizer. The tanks themselves have never leaked on me even upside down and in my pants pocket.

I 3rd this thought I have 3 of there tanks and since i've gotten them not a drop has leaked. Cartos are a hard to recomend but Batitude and SuzyQ rave about Iken Vapes cartos. Only prob is when they are in stock you better jump fast and buy or your sol. This is the thread
IkenVape and depending on which tank you get would be which carto you get. From my understanding the XL take xl cartos and the reg take standard cartos. the xl cartos at iken are the Mega ones. Hope this helps.

When available the Ikenvapes are hard to beat. I've had decent luck with Boge, and most recently with Smoktech. A big part of my learning curve was learning how to set up/fill the cartos so they don't flood/leak. Remember...air bubbles are your friend in a carto tank. You want to see one or two after each pull.

Oh and like Batitude i prefer single coil over double but again thats my tastes everyone is diff. The only unfortunate thing about cartos is that they can get expensive when trying to find the right one for you. I think almost everyone has been through it. That is why you will get so many varied opinions on cartos.

Yep, I also prefer the single coils. I use XL length single coils, 3 ohm resistance and usually vape around 4.2-4.5 volts on the Provari with 50/50 juice. Lots of flavor and good vapor production. YMMV but this is the best results I've found so far as consistant and low maintenance.

Baditude won't steer you wrong with carto tank advice.

I've never had a vivi nova leak.

I've also never had a Cartomator leak, even when the tank was starting to show cracks from being dropped. My smoktech DCT sorta started leaking a bit right before I threw it out, but I treated it badly.

Definitely go single-coil, though. Provari's won't put out enough current to drive dual coils unless you like really cold vapes.

I understand your frustration. I'm a newbie. About 7 weeks now. I have ego twist batteries and I had issues and have tried different tanks. Vivi Novas, mini Novas, Kanger mt3 and boge tanks. The first boge tank I got was the f16, I wanted something thinner, but it didn't matter, I flooded it, it leaked, I hated it. A lil while later I decided to try the boge again but got the new f17, a thinner version and was given good advice as to how to fill them. I love them. Have many f17s since I have many different favorite juices. I don't have any leaking issues. I don't usually tip my tanks upside down and I keep them in a case in my purse. So right side up and on their sides I haven't noticed any problems. If you do decide to go with a tank, I will pass on the advice that was given to me. It works for me.... Remove drip tip, pull down the carto enough so that you can slightly tilt the tank and fill the juice into the tank without getting juice into the carto. When you're done filling, slide the carto back up, tilt the tank a lil bit again and drip a couple of drops down the inside of the carto, so it drips down the side and doesn't go right in the center of the carto. Put the tip back on. Cover up the hole on the bottom of the carto with your finger to seal it and take 5 good draws. You'll see the juice go down, the fiber in the carto is obsorbing it. Don't draw too much. That floods the carto and it will leak. Good luck. Hope this novel was a lil useful. :)

I have been using the "Vision" vivi mini nova's... of the two I have, neither one has ever leaked. They lay horizontal in my car while I work. I also have a D.C locking carto tank... again, no leaks. These spent 30 minutes upside down with NO leaking, gurgling or other weird wetnesslikestuffff. "Vision" vivi's are pretty worry free as far as I am concerned.

For me, it's about convenience. At work, the T3/MT3 fits the bill. I carry my eVic in a valor sleeve in my soft sided lunch box. It gets turned every which way but no signs of leaking.
At home I use a little of everything - Drippers to tanks and enjoy the variety.

Anyone with a Leaking device hasn't or can't correct their personal issue. That is no reflection on the design of the device. Devices will eventually fail but they are not designed to be failures out of the box. Human error - assembler or user - causes most of the issues we experience.

This is somewhat true, so far I've only used a CE4 and a few Kanger T3s, and the only leaking issues I have were either caused by me or developed after use(wear and tear). My CE4 was leaking yesterday after two weeks with no issues, turns out the o-ring on the drip tip came off the last time I filled it. I also had a T3 start leaking yesterday after a week of heavy use and I figure it was due to gunk build up on the wick and coil, dry burn and re-wick with cotton and it's working great now. I've heard bad stories about quality control though, tanks not being round when they're supposed to be, surfaces not being level, etc. It's frustrating when you buy something expecting it to work well for at least a while and it doesn't.

Heh... so after my fiasco last night with juice all over my Nova, I cleaned it and let it dry, and installed a new head. And I noticed this little plastic sleeve with a metal washer in it that I hadn't seen before...

The 2.4 that came installed in the Nova did not have that plastic sleeve.

DOH! Problem solved. Still, come on with the quality control. A noob wouldn't know to look for that sleeve. I was wondering how the hell you guys never got leaks when there was an obvious gap inside the tank!

BUT the T3 and MT3 are Ego threaded, not 510.
for a 510, I recently (2 days ago) got a vapeonly BCC Mega tank. It's bottom coil and bottom fill, so you are going to get a drop down the air tube when you refill, but so far I have had no issues with it other than it works on lower wattage and so my eGo 1000 mah batteries are lasting about 8 to 8.5 hours instead of about 6 hours. :) good vapor and good flavor. PLUS it will take a 510 drip tip so I'm not constrained to the ones that come with my T3 and MT3s. :D

That's nuts... I could see it leaking and leaking and leaking without that. Glad you figured it out.
