I purchased a bottle of juice from BWB and found a hair in the bottle. I created a post here describing my experience and asking users for advice, as I didn't want to overreact and name the vendor.

I wasn't planning on writing this post but now I feel obligated to name the vendor because their potential customers deserve to know the conditions in which this vendor is preparing the juice.
I realize that everyone has different tolerance for hair etc. in what they ingest/inhale but I personally think it's disgusting. I have nothing personal against BWB but they need to do better when preparing the juice and communicating with their customers.
