Does Don read his email? I responded to my order email within 1 minute to tell him I made a mistake with my order and I received no response. The next day my order shipped. I then emailed using the website contact and a second email address and still no response. I ordered 2 bottles of "Malty" but I meant to order "Malty Toffee". I caught my mistake within seconds but no response from anyone :( and now it has shipped.

My guess is that most likely Don or Deana will not respond to this type of email request. If you noticed on their web site as you were placing your order, the home screen will show you exactly what has been added to your cart and then once you begin to "Checkout" there are at least 4 or more screens that you have to go through that also shows everything in your cart. And then, before the site will let you checkout you have to verify (check boxes) that everything relating to your order is correct BEFORE it will let you checkout. See image below.

There is probably a very good reason why Don has had his web site designed so redundantly thorough. I can only imaging how screwed up things could get if people kept placing orders then wanting to change them seconds after they hit the checkout button. Don't get me wrong, I feel for ya, but you did have many many many opportunities to catch your mistake BEFORE you hit that button.

Worse case scenario, place another "correct" order and then sell your juice to someone or pay-it-forward to a friend or family member. ;)

Its possible they caught it and youll get what you requested in the email. Its also possible they didnt. Don get about 100 emails per day.

If I talk to him Ill ask him. Let ya know if I hear anything.

Wow, great customer service to not even respond to emails after 4 days. Over 100 emails a day? That must be a joke. I run an Amazon business with over 20 products and have on average 50+ orders per day and rarely get emails. MALTY and MALTY TOFFEE are stupidly similar. Glad I got two bottles of .... now.

And if you want to talk about "the website says this and the website says that"... well, it also says they will respond to emails with 24 hours. So all the fanboys can come out and stick up for BWB, but crappy customer service is crappy customer service.

Sorry you feel that way. They have two people doing several hundred orders per day coupled with mountains of emails. Everyone is entitled to an opinion even when it is not a positive one.

As a matter of note, it says "We try to respond to most requests within 24hrs".

Last week i ordered Backa and Virginia 15 mil got them faster than expected. The juice I was vaping was good but just got too bland. So i started my search and taste all over again. I've smoked 44 years full strength cigs pipes & cigars. I've been off analogs about 9 months now. Yet I digress. I liked both right out of the bottle.
However I liked the Backa a little better seemed stronger. Been vaping it all day today and just ordered a 30 mil. so I hope that the Virginia will get some steep time for a stronger flavor. That way when one starts to get bland I have a backup all dayer to go to. I think Backa is going to be my new 1st go to all day vape.
Going to give it a whirl with this 30 mil coming.
Thanks to ya'll for the reviews and thanks BWB for putting out a quality juice for a fair and resonable price! :)

Just orderd the Tobacco sampler Lovers Bundle.

Hope they are as good as I hear.

So they arrived while I was out of town. Last Monday I got to try them (about 7days old).
Liked them all except Apple Wood.

Giving Casablanca a bit longer, and focused on Virginia and Backo. Used Bako to tame Applewood, took about 3pt Backo to 1 pt AW to get there. Not sure what it is about it, but I don't think I'll order it AW. I'd like a sweet apple hit over Virginia or Casablanca, but not Applewood.

Then vaped 1 mL Virginia each day Wed-today.
Will try a few mLs of the other per day over the next few weeks and pick some favorites.

Let a friend (former Camel smoker) try Casablanca. (He used DeKang Desert Ship for years, though recently changed to a Halo flavor).
He liked it a lot, and will probably order 60 or 120mL soon.

Question about the tobacco lovers bundle. The page says "5- 15ml of Tobacco Ejuice (your choice of strength)". Is this 5ml to 15ml of ejuice (like if the quantity varies according to nicotine content), or is this five, 15ml bottles of ejuice? Or none of the above? :confused:

Also, the 5 different tobacco flavors each have a check box that can be selected or "de selected". Does this mean you can delete one or more if you want? If so, what does this do to the quantities of the selected flavors (maybe that's where the 5-15 ml comes in)?

Lastly, if I use the default of all five flavors selected (or checked, as it were), what size are the bottles of the five tobacco flavors, i.e. how many ml will I receive total?

What I read was basically never. Some flavoring is no longer available, and a suitable replacement hasn't been found.
This was a year ago. Casablanca made it back, but no RY4 or Ejoker yet.
