Not ECF slow from upgrades you must be imagining things. LOL Pile of Crap since they were added as far as im concerned.

Top of the afternoon to you SIR!
Has anyone else notice how ECF is choking friggin BAD ever since they started adding all the twitter and Facebook crap? Damn!!! It getting friggin frustrating. I see they've added it to each and every post now too!

Storms off to go vape more and calm down. :grr:

Oh! Good mornin Don! :D

edit: and they have the nerve to get on my ars about my "linked" banner being too large. :grr:

Good deal Hon glad you are liking it.
BTW Don...This Cola ROCKS!!!!!

She is a little sweety Bill, but they sure do knock the energy level down fast on us LOL
View attachment 84283Yes sir I did! My friend that was deployed, I'm watchin his girl today so I'm in and out of here she keeps me busy. (here she is)

Ah hell Kevin, start doing jumping jack and see if the surgeons work holds up LOL.

Seriously I had my left foot just about wripped off back in 06, my foot was facing backwards(would of made running in circles easy) , not one broken bone but every tendon and ligament were tornbut the recovery on the feet is rough, Im still not totally done but thats because of the way it was injured and did in most of mu neck and back and hips at the same time. I had 2 screws going from on side of the foot to the other through the bones that protrude there and was not able to use my foot for the first 4 months till the screws come out( Yeah RIGHT). But you only have 2 feet and if you lose one I dont think hopping around will be to good so take the Dr's advice and make sure it heals proper.!!!!
Thanks Kim. I'm trying my best to rest. Tomorrow should be better, since I don't have to get up early and get going right away (that was today). My next Dr. appointment isn't until next Wednesday. I have to see a different Dr. that will be filling in for my Doc, while he is going to be out for 4 weeks or so for "back surgery". Kind of funny. His estimated time out for recovery is about 1/3 of the time that it is going to take for my foot to heal, in order to be able to use it "somewhat normally".

Ah what the hel*, Mix em together and hit em both at the same time LOL. Try the Orchard for sure cause it will seriously keep changing on you(Gobstopper Effect) The Conundrum will also but not nearly as much.
Well Crew....I'm going to put my feet up, and try to rest. My "conundrum" for later.....Do I try it later?, or do I try some OF? This is definitely going to be a problem to decide which to try first. See y'all later.

Getting a little bit easier to get around with crutches, but I don't get up unless I have to go to the bathroom, or get a drink when nobody else is home.

Glad you're on the mend, Kevin. I had ankle surgery several years ago (skiing accident) and the pain from the crutches was worse than the pain from the surgery. I have minimal upper body strength and after a day or so on crutches, it became agony to support my weight on the crutches. I didn't get up because my arms hurt too much.
