My mom has a big planting area, so most years we take her out for supper & plant flowers in her garden for her. Like a tradition now.

I don't refrigerate mine either but I was wondering what the reasom was you're not supposed to. I think I knew at one time but I forgot.

The juices chemicals settle & separate and it also changes the chemical balance of the juice. It also creates moisture inside the bottle which changes juices as well.

Just store cool dark place, its smart not to store more than you will use in a year is my rule of thumb.
