Postal service, I live in s small town so we have to go to the Post Office to get our mail and most of our pkg. My Post office has no stated that they will not be letting customers use tape to reinforce pkg or attach they labels anymore, that they will not be issued tape anymore. Can you believe this?
Went in to check for packages today. The guy said they aren't ready, I just got them you have to come back in 30 min to pick up your pkg. I ask the other lady doesn't the Post Office close at 12:00pm today. She said yes, so I said how are people suppose to come back and get their pkgs. She said you will have to wait until Monday. I had to laugh at this. Post Office is getting worse and worse with service. Of course their staff has been cut so I have to believe a lot of it isn't their fault.

I don't think thats the case, since its always been government run and use to run fine. I think they are starting to scale down which is sad. Hopefully they don't start on Health Care or we will be in trouble. Medicare runs pretty good so far ( I do Home Care Nursing and believe me this really helps the elderly, children and disabled more than you would know) so I would really like to see some more of what they can do in the health care field to help people and improve services to most people. I'm not talking about free services but something people can afford to pay for themselves and families. I am a Nurse and I see too many people go without because they don't have insurance or their pre-existing condition rules them out for Insurance. Also I like the Police Officers, Fireman and Teachers, I like my fruit/ food inspected so I don't get food poison, the water system inspected for clear uncontamied water, paved roads and safe highways so I can drive safety. I can go on but some of Government run industries are of benefit to us. Lets not discount some of the good that the Government has done in our society.
Its that everything is being cut back/ people included. Even in the Private sector they are cutting back and expecting more from employees. Well just MY opinion.

Have to dig from the well to the house so we can get the darn well finished (plumbing and wiring).
I'm afraid we're going to come out around 8k when all is said and done. 2k over what we figured. It going to hurt............
