Looks like it is a slow news day in here... it's even been relatively easy to lurk and keep a watch on the "As the PreVet Turns" thread!
J/K... but I have been waiting to use that rather corny one for awhile now... with the whole prevet turning to vet reference.
P.S. For those not old enough there used to be a Soap Opera called As the World Turns... my babysitters all loved that soap so I remember having to watch it as a child whenever my parents went out!

Hello crew! Been busy as all get-out and haven't had time to swing by to say hey. Yeah.... I know Don. I'm a worthless POS. LOL
Hope you are all doing well. I've been giving my Malty Toffee some extra love for the last couple of days. Had to give my Casa a little rest.
Here's a little friend I found in my pool skimmer last night. It wouldn't have been so bad if I would have looked in there BEFORE I reached in and felt this guy wrapping around my arm. LOL
Then I saw the vivid colors and instantly thought "oh chit!!! it's a Copperhead!!!
Shortly after filling me britches I calmed down and realized it was just a Corn snake.
Thank god.

I would have been far more considered about it being a water moccasin based upon where it was if I was feeling it rather than seeing it... wrong colors I know... but I have never seen a copperhead get anywhere near that size as they are tiny snakes... snakes are not my friend... I tend to kill them ever since a couple moccasins frightened me badly.
