I didn't know about the one in September and it was in Oakland

I found out about the one in Oakland after the fact and it was only 2 miles from me. Very strange because to date, I have yet to see another vaper in this area - other than a friend whom I tried to get started vaping but didn't take to it yet. Ashame because she did really good for about 3 weeks until she went bar hopping with friends one night and hasn't vaped since.
