i choked down a pack of camel wide full flavors a day for 15 years. but i am already down to 18mg and maybe on a heavy day i vape 3ml

Congrats on the year.
I never thought I would do it my self, thought I wold die a smoker. I tried every thing and spend a lot of $ trying.
Put my loved ones through hell now all is good there happy I am happy the Doc is happy. Bank book is crying LOL
But if all it takes is $ that's easy.

I was a pack and half a day for 26 years...I didn't think it was even possible to quit.
vaping saves lives.
I was a stress smoker If I did not smoke I was eating.
Now with vaping I have lost over 35 LB and still losing. Slowly but I am still losing weight.
The last few years of my smoking life I would not smoke after 8pm. My chest would heart to much the next day, so I would sit and munch. Now I just chain vape my way to bed and drink lots of water.
I can walk up a flight of stairs play with the grand kids and enjoy life a little more. TG for vaping I don't think I would of ever quit smoking, it was a last ditch attempt and it worked.
The ECF has been there all the way so I sit here every day trying to help others not smoke. Some times I think People forget that is why we are all here. We are all trying or have been trying to save our own lives. It feels good to give back what I have learned.
Vaping has also saved my wife (Some of you may now who she is) I worked hared to find the PV and juice that would work for her. she is 4 months smoke free and much happier that we will grow old together.

but i love to hear things like this.. definitely the highlight of my day.... this is why we are all here.... = each other

I'm a ambidextrous vaper too...lol and yes I too have had more than one pv in my mouth at the same time.lol
I'm ok...just a stiff shoulder.
I'm a little worried about the Vanilla Bean supply myself.

Vaping has taught me preparedness...for sure!
I think preparedness is the only thing I learned from the Scouts...lol. When I go camping people ask me how many people are joining me...lol The looks on their faces when i say its only me.....priceless.
