I just wanted to take a second to say something,
With how busy don has been he still took the time to write me an email and ask me if I meant to order something in 0mg when the rest of my order was 18mg. It was an accident that I did that but didnt want to bother him because I am one of the guilty partys that did place an order, all be it it wasnt huge it was an order and I am one of the crew members that should know better, I don't have an excuse for my actions and I apologize. I probably could have gotten away with only ordering 30mls but I had a tab open to the list of BWB juices and didnt see the message on the welcome page of his site.
Anyway, I think it is so awesome that will all the craziness Don has probably been facing with the ordering he still took the time to email me and verifiy something he caught as a possible ordering mistake.
That to me is the definition of customer service. I thank you Don.
One last thing, I was thinking maybe someone should create a sticky or something pertaining to BWB juice and steeping. Lately I have been seeing many newbs asking that question and pages of this thread are being taken up repeating ourselves over and over again.
Anyone have any ideas how the crew can address this? Lets hear some thoughts guys.

Me too, I was awanting to order some stuff but held off. I have a few bottles headed to my house already though
Hey Don... I wonder if you could get the site to throttle the number of orders placed per hour/day? If orders are coming in "too fast" it just stops accepting new orders for a while... all automagically. When you go on vacation, dial it down to zero orders per day, upon return dial it back up to the rate at which you're willing/able to fulfill them... get some extra help for a while, crank it up some more.
Or maybe the throttle is based on how many orders are pending. Once the queue is full it stops accepting new orders until the queue diminishes a bit.

I usually make a small/medium order every few weeks, instead of a big one every month. I have all but 4 BWB juices in my possession, so I'm in good shape.
put em all on a spreadsheet and publish it somewhere, then you can link to it.
Ok, thats cool. I'm actually vapping it right now and it has mellowed a lot since day one. I like this stuff but I think Don's Caramel Cappuccino is just plain crazy good. Unfortunately that bit the dust a few days ago and I just squeezed the last of my RY4 out of the bottle just now.
My DIY skills have been put through the ringer lately. I've made some awesome insecticide and one other batch would give Liquid Drano a run for it's money. LOL Thank GOD for Don and his brews!

Looks like we have some good ideas for directing newbs to an area where they can get steeping questions answered. Maybe someone could just post a thread in the group forum, and just make a little notation to please not reply in that thread? It's worth a shot. I could try it but I only have my impressions of 22 of the 37 flavors.

Ok, I didn't know that, I figured just having someone post some suggestions on steeping time would be fine, I guess I understand what your saying though AG. We'll figure it out.
