Well, today I am combustion free for six months. After all the gum and patches and inhalers (I liked that one) and hypnosis and cold turkey, I found is disposable e-cig in my cigarette store and have not had another "drag" since.
I want to thank everyone on this forum !!!!
And a special thanks to notcigs & BWB. Don and Mike are both great innovators and more importantly great human beings !
