--- Just chatted with Don moments ago ---
He asked me to inform his friends and customers that he won't be around much this week at all.
He will be back in full force very soon.

Without going into too much personal detail, Don is fine, but he lost a family member that he was really close to and he'll be taking some time to mourn and help with arrangements --- he appreciates all the kind words and support you've given him...

If you have an important issue about an order and you haven't had luck getting him over the past few days or during the next few days, feel free to PM me... I'll see if I can help. I am not an affiliate, but I do know how to get hold of him and we do plan to touch base a few times over the next few days.

Spread the word in the other threads if you feel it's appropriate...

He's been catching up on sleep etc... and has a lot on his plate for the week...
...and he did say that he would appreciate it if people could hold off ordering until the weekend.
He does plan to put in a gigantic catch up effort over the weekend.
