I don't know you personally Mr. Don but for what it's worth your family will be in my prayers. I am very sorry for your loss.
I hope you the best Don, There's a lot of people of your side here including myself. Your doing everyone out there a great service by providing a quality product that is a healthy alternative to analogs. In a way your saving lives. My prayers go out to you, I've lost loved ones and was told that when you lose somebody you gain an angel. Thinking about that helped a little. Take Care of yourself first we aren't going anywhere!!

He sounded good, finally caught up on some sleep.
He said all orders that were placed/paid etc will be getting out tomorrow.
I think he closed the website down for a few days... so he can catch up and not get behind again.
After this week/by the weekend, he'll be back to normal.

Confirmed: Order taking on the website is disabled until Don returns. The site itself is still up for those of us who like to simply drool over the descriptions.

Felt I needed to jump in here and say hi to everyone and thanks for everything, You guys are the best and I really appreciate everything and all the love. Im doing ok all things considered, today and tomorrow will be the real trying days for the services. I have managed to get all orders caught up for you all and the last go out this morning.

Don, I think I speak for us all when I say take the time YOU need. Please don't feel like our needs are more important than your own. We all deeply feel for you in your time of need, and sincerely respect that you are human, just like the rest of us. Do what Don needs to do in this time, and the rest can be sorted at a later date.
There are many thoughts and prayers that have been coming your way, and I don't see that stopping. You have a rabidly loyal fan base that you built by not only delivering a quality product, but by delivering best-in-class service to go along with it. Your customers will wait for you...but the needs of you and your family in this time will not.
