Anyone else Not get an email confirmation? Ordered yesterday, order is showing up on the account on BWB website, but I never receive the email about it. Checked spam folder n all that.


I had that happen a few weeks ago. I never got the mailed confirmation for that specific order either. If it shows up in account maintenance orders, you'll get it. I think it is a glitch in the system that loses the email account somewhere. Every other order has worked fine. Today's as well.

Honestly, is there any other juice vendor that sells out flavors like Don? Anywhere? It's like a battle to get the Wii when it first came out. Insanity!

I stood in line in 10 degree weather for over 3 hours with my son for the Wii. We had blankets, hand/foot warmers, and took turns going to the car. This was much easier.

So when is the Blast going to be in stock? j/k

I don't know if any of yesterday's orders got email confirmation. I didn't. But it is listed in the account. I had figured that Don would be holding orders to double-check that no double orders were being sent to the same address, etc., but that was just my own speculation. Most likely just a glitch as that has apparently happened before...

@Rose - I didn't get mine yesterday for my RY4, but did today for my eJoker. As Junky said, it's still on the website and you have an order #, and your account should've been docked as well but just didn't make it to your email :)

@Junky - At the time the Wii was coming out my buddy got really lucky because he knew a guy working at GameStop. We walked in there when they were sold out, and walked out with a Wii :) It was great.

Thanks Sashwa...I used Firefox this time. For some reason my IE8 just can't get past the shipping error code. I knew I'd get them some time. eJoker - Ry4 - Malty as fast I could type. :thumb:

That's strange because I use IE8 and have never had a problem when ordering. I'm on the strange side because I prefer IE8. :laugh: But you got some so that's good.

Ok, now that I have a minute to get on here.

First hows everyone doing?

Cause of the amount of people that signed up to be notified on the site for the RY4 and Ejokers the site went over the amount of emails it could send out so alot didnt receive email confirmation on there orders. If you think it didnt go through you can email me to ask but im sure everyone was good.

As soon as im caught up and know what is left over I will get to the ones that had shipping errors on the site and some that missed out as well. Ill be going over who got yesterday and today to make sure there is no duplicates or people that tried to order more than the one.

I know some are mad and frustrated and I will do what I can to get you taken care of.

On the issue of the shipping method if you log out of the site, clear cache and cookies, close browser and go right back in all will be good. There is a time restriction on the site for how long you can be logged in and if you exceed it and go to log in again it acts as if you are in there more than once and that is the reason for the select shipping error.

I got some not so nice emails from a few that I should do this and do that. I try my hardest to make it fair for everyone and all the extra I do for this creates alot of extra work for me. I told everyone on the site and on the forum what days and times it would be. I cant help certain issues that are beyond my control. I can only get so much of one of the flavorings for the 2 and I cant help that. Ive said umpteen times if I could get it by the drum I would, but I cant so the hateful emails, snide comments and stuff like that is really uncalled for.

Well, I've finally made it all the way through both threads and am now current. I gotta tell you, Whiskey, with the changing of the avatars being retroactive back through the threads, it sure makes for some interesting reading.....especially during your Chuckie and snail phase! LOL!

I won't type what I want to as Don wouldn't like it, but this site seems to be getting more and more mouth breathers lately. Don, you are the best juice supplier on here in mine and many other opnion, just keep doing waht you do and the way you do it, anything less wouldn't be BackwoodsBrew!
