Hey Wolf....many people having some nasty weather tonight. Levi was talking tornados tonight even.

Yessir - thank god they seemed to have passed along. It was getting a little hairy round here. We had hail banging on the windows - apparently they were golf ball sized? Man, I am really oblivious to everything around me when doing homework :)

I'll take a tornado over an earthquake anyday :) At least I can attempt to run away or hide from a cyclone - if the earth opens up beneath you, you're screwed.

Ya but earthquakes go after mansions, office buildings and freeways. They always leave trailer parks alone.

we've had rain here all day, but only in the last half hour did we get thunder and lightening to go with it. I'm not at all afraid of thunder and lightening but my dog is. We had one boomer about 15 minutes ago woke him up and drove him right up to my lap....poor thing is still shaking. I have to admit, it was pretty loud, actually rattled the windows, so i guess i can't really blame him for that.

Hurricanes are the best, because you have time to run away or bunker down. Everything else just pops up on you unannounced.

i lived in St. Thomas for almost 4 years and I don't have the same love of hurricanes that you do. But then, its hard to run away from a hurricane on a small island. we pretty much only had the hunker down and pray option. musta worked though, i survived more than a couple.

He's a 8 yr old rescue that I've had for 4 years and is now my constant buddy.
Loves all people and would go home with anyone. He will fetch whatever you throw and bring it back and drop it at your feet. A L L day long. He's a great companion and he is absolutely crazy over my wife. At around 4pm he will go to the window and watch and wait, because he knows she will be home by 4:30.
