Backwoods brew ordering thread

Hey everyone, sorry I havent been around much of late. Ive been trying to swing orders, rebuilding a shed that collapsed from massive snowstorms this winter, getting my daughter taken care of for college admission, taxes, and the list just goes on. I really dont know where some of the time comes from cause I dont get a down minute for nothing. Im in desperate need of getting out fishing. Since season opened on the 1st of April and here it is almost a month later and I havent even looked at a fishing pole.

Ok enough ranting, how the hell is everyone. I did get a chance to see the FDA situation and we should be good for a while so that is good news. Hopefully we will have a good year its looking like before we really have to worry so all the hard work everyone has been doing is starting to show.

I'd like some guidance on what to try from BWB. I've never ordered from there before, but I've read a bunch of reviews, and I've learned that Malty Toffee is a must try. I'm 2 months into vaping and I've tried a bunch of vendors and flavors. Right now I'm a bit fruited out, so I'll probably stay away from those unless someone says "OMG you need this". I plan on ordering 3, maybe 4 flavors to try. MT will be one of these when it's back in stock. I see a hand full of coffee type flavors which I'm interesting in. I like rich and sweet flavors, and all of the flavor components on all of the coffee are right up my alley. Any help would be appreciated.

Does Don post any restocking info anywhere, or is it just a check the website every day or two type deal?

Wow you have been busy. Put up a Gone Fishing sign and get out there while they're biting. You're the best part of ordering from BWB and most of us would be happy to see that sign knowing you are enjoying yourself.


Good luck with the college admission stuff. It sure isn't what it was in my day. It has become ridiculously complicated and competitive. I am fortunately still a few years away from going through it but looking ahead is giving me nightmares. I hope your daughter gets into a school that is perfect for her.

Hey JuiceJunky, Yeah college stuff is a nightmare for sure, She go accepted into a really good College here that has one of the best Nursing programs around, Now I just have to pay for it, OOOOHHHHH BOOOOYYYYY, Private school is expensive.

Taste is subjective but if I could only have 4 flavors from BWB they would be

1) Casablanca

2) Dulce de Leche (fantastic alone and will mix well with your fruits to give a creamy flavor)

3) Root beer (surprised me how good it is)

4) Espresso (all the coffees are top notch and better than others I have tried)

5) Malty (Malty is very unique flavor, not really sweet, kind of a palette cleanser and with it's higher VG produces tons of vapor)

Whoops, I went to 5. It is so hard to pick a handful, they are all pretty dang good. I tried Honey Nut Flu at a vaper meeting and loved the real taste of honey in there, so that's my next must try of Don's flavors.

Great choices and they all taste good right from the mailbox and get even better with age. Casablanca needs about 5 days for the cocoa tones to come out and overpower the nicotine taste.

Cap & espresso are a good combo, one slightly richer in coffee and one slightly more coffee mellow with milk without being overly sweet. None of Don's coffees are bitter or burnt tasting. Cafe Mocha is another great one.

Yeah I am very proud of her she has done phenominal in school, been on the High Honor Roll throughout, Scored in the 1700's on her SAT's and is one of the best kids there is, Plus at 17 she is still without a boyfriend so I can keep the guns locked up for a little longer anyways. She is picking a good profession so i cant complain there.

Now for the Millionaire part, Lets just say living here in NY with the taxes and all the crap we get thrown at us they are the ones making the money, i just keep sending them it and get left with the bottom of the barrel. I hate this state and I think I will be heading out of it sometime in the very near future. Ive never seen where there is so many fees for things and the school and land taxes are about the biggest joke anywhere. Land taxes are a complete Mortgage payment here on top of the regular mortgage. So much for the help to small businesses cause we have to pay for all the taxes the rich and companies dont pay at all. I have images of guns going off when I hear about companies Like GE not paying any taxes and Exxon making billions in profit every quarter and we struggle to keep gas in out cars and food on the table. So much for the land of the free and home of the brave cause it has turned into the land of the prisoners and the home of the underpayed. We are fast becoming a 3rd world country and the commercial where the Chinese say we work for them now is growing more apparent as the days go on. We dont have enough money for here but we can worry about looking for signs of ET for billions of dollars and send all this money out for some of the stupidest crap ive ever seen.

Oh boy got me started on the politics, time to get the AR15 out and take aim. Im waiting for that to be illegal cause if they ever think they will touch my weapons it will be prying out of my cold dead hands.

Good to see ya Don! Was starting to worry Move to WV we have some of the lowest taxes around Good fishing, nice country roads, Quiet towns...... I used to spend all my time thinking of leaving here when I was young. I wouldnt trade it for anything now.
