Its a shame but atleast you are on a hill and dont have to worry about it getting to the house. This is the rainiest and snowiest season i can remember in a really long time. Plus the winds have been brutal as well.

Well I won't bum ya'll out but its getting worse...more roads are closing & I think the houses 2 doors down are in evac mode now
It just won't stop raining Don.

Yup we are up high, but the camp across the way that we have is well...wet to put it mildly...we had flood insurance even though we weren't in a flood zone, but we are NOW~

Atleast you had the insurance. Only bad thing is if you file a claim you will be rewuired to carry flood insurance forever and Im sure at a higher premium. Insurance companies are crooked.

Well we will now always be in a flood zone...we weren't before but now it will go on record as flood zone...most will have to carry it now that didn't have to before....
