Yeah once they feel you out and commit you definately have a best friend for life cause they had to get over some pretty nasty hardships but once the love flows they know it and its all good.

His name is Dennis. That's the name he came with, so never thought to change it. And you are so right, they DO end up rescuing you. Wouldn't trade him for anything.

My daughter rescued a dog 3 years ago. I've had dogs for 35 years and didn't want another.
I'll me damn if in no time she sunk her hooks into me i could never imagine her not being there for me.
And he likes Casablanca ? What more could you ask for

i still haven't gotten to try your RY4 don... that is definitely on my to try list once i get more settled....

lol.. i got a order for the ry4 in tonight..... now ejoker is on the list of "next to try"....... that may be a few weeks.... but im guessing it has to happen...

I adopted a dog from a rescue, who was in a kill shelter. He's the one who's been keeping me occupied as of late. I never wanted a dog to be honest, thought they were too much work...but now I just can't get enough of him.

He's a TIbetan Terrier/Shih Tzu mix. He's got the short stubby legs of the shih tzu, but he's got a long wiener like body.
