Yeah, it seems every other thread over there is about issues with the mini, and I know myself-i'll beat the hell out of my mod, so no wooden ones. You should see how ghetto my egos look... Put it this way-my cones are half black, half silver due to peeling paint. Now, how long will it take to travel from Maine to Texas? Hey dopeh, should I get some bridgeless 510s?

The bridge is irrelevant on a bottom feeder, so whatever you're using is fine. My favorite are LR306 for any application.. Though I'm liking the DC cartos as well, on the eGo.
Yeah I bought some 510's with green metallic paint cause it was all that was left (and I didn't know better)...after a week or two of use they looked like the Incredible Hulk threw up all over them, blotched all over with silver spots where the paint peeled off. My PV looked like a patchwork clown, strange yellow driptip, green/silver atomizer, and black/blue battery rofl
I have about 15 regular 510s, 10 Joye LR510s, and 10 LR 510s from BWB. I couldn't tell the regulars from the Joyes since they were all black and my eyes couldn't see the tiny LR stamped on them. So, I took a pocket knife and scraped all the black paint off the LRs and made them silver. I did the same to the ones from Don, but the bridge it's a lot lower, so it's easy to tell them apart. Add to that the fact that my scraping is not that good so there are random black streaks....and I also marked my batteries. the original pair from my ego starter kit has a single line scratched in it, the 2nd set has 2 scratches and the 3rd set has 3. Yeah, my egos look terrible. Almost makes you want to take my pocket knife away before I get my Grand, huh?
