I've had 4 cortisone injections in my left foot over the last year, which is 1 more than you're supposed to have (risk of diabetes).
In 2 weeks, i'm finally having surgery on it....excited and scared but looking forward to "having to" stay off my feet for a week. after a second week in a boot, I should be able to start riding my bike again and stop having to get those awful cortisone shots.

Turkey legs! Yummmm! I always get one 1st thing when we make our annual trip to the Renaissance Festival.
Been catching up on the thread after a busy Monday. Got terrible news from someone who bought our biggest pup- he died. 3.5 months old. It feels like we lost our own pup. No answer about what caused it, but i'm thinking he must've gotten into something that made him sick. We all took turns giving his little brother Oberon big hugs. He didn't understand, of course, but it made us all feel a lot better.
Moving on...it's official-i vape too much. 30ml bottle I got last Monday afternoon will be finished today. That's 30ml in 8 days. 3.75ml/day. Wait, that's not too bad, is it? Nevermind....

today im actually stalking my mailman and he seems to be taking his sweet time...could it be the weight of my package holding him up?
